The Human Resource employees are responsible for initiating, coordinating, directing, and monitoring personnel services for full and part-time employees. HR maintains all employee records, implements the Board and Administrative employment policies and Union contracts, and is responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal and state employment related laws and regulations. Coordination of all compensation and benefit programs and the administration of workers’ ompensation are handled through HR.
